What to expect:

  • Arrival & Opening of the Space

You’ll be welcomed into a carefully held ceremonial space. Upon entry, you’ll be offered a gentle smoke cleansing to help you arrive, ground, and leave the outside world behind. This marks the transition from everyday life into ceremony.

    Intention & Orientation

We begin by settling the nervous system and orienting the group. You’ll be guided to connect inward and set a personal intention, not something to force or overthink, but something to feel into and allow to unfold naturally.

Sacred Cacao & Blue Lotus Ceremony

Each gathering includes a guided sacred cacao and blue lotus ceremony. Cacao is traditionally used to open the heart and support emotional presence, while blue lotus is known for its calming, expansive qualities. Together, these plants invite you to slow down, soften the body, and enter the ceremony with clarity, receptivity, and intention.

    Connection, Play & Presence

Before going deeper, we create space for lightness and connection. Through simple, intentional activities, play, and shared presence, you’re invited to relax, meet one another, and reconnect with curiosity and your inner child. These moments help dissolve tension, build trust, and prepare the nervous system for deeper work.

    Guided Meditation & Somatic Preparation

You’ll be guided through a meditation and body-based practices designed to help you soften, drop out of the mind, and connect with sensation. These practices vary each time and are chosen to support what’s alive in the room.

    Breath Medicine Journey

At the heart of the ceremony is a guided Breath Medicine journey using conscious connected breathing. This experience may be supported with elements such as Spinal Energetics, intuitive bodywork, sound, touch, and energetic guidance. The intention is to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to self, always within choice and consent.

    Sound & Integration

Sound healing is woven into the journey using instruments such as didgeridoo, shamanic drum, and crystal bowls. These vibrations support regulation, integration, and nervous system settling.

    Sharing & Grounding

After the journey, there is space to gently return. You’re invited — never required — to share, be witnessed, or simply rest. Fresh fruit and grounding elements are offered to help you land back into your body.

    A Safe, Held Container

Everything is facilitated within a trauma-aware, respectful, and non-judgemental container. You’re welcome exactly as you are. Nothing is forced, and you are always in choice.

  • If this is your first Breath Medicine Ceremony, it’s normal to feel curious, nervous, or unsure of what to expect.

You don’t need any prior experience. You don’t need to know how to breathe in a certain way. You don’t need to share, perform, or have a “breakthrough.”

Everything is guided, and you’re supported throughout.

You’ll be invited to move at your own pace and stay connected to your body’s signals. At all times, you remain in choice, you can rest, slow down, or step out if needed.

Experiences vary from person to person. Some feel emotional release, others feel calm, clarity, or deep rest. There is no right or wrong way for the experience to unfold.

Most importantly, you’ll be held in a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where nothing is forced and you are met exactly where you are.

  • Breath Medicine is a guided practice of conscious connected breathing, held within a trauma-aware and ceremonial container.

Rather than forcing change or chasing peak experiences, this work supports the body’s natural capacity to regulate, release, and reorganise itself. The breath becomes a bridge between the conscious and unconscious, the mind and the body, allowing stored tension, emotion, and survival patterns to surface safely and complete.

Many of us carry experiences that were never fully processed. Stress, grief, emotion, or ways of being that once helped us cope but no longer serve us. Breath Medicine gently brings awareness to these layers, not to analyse them, but to feel and integrate them through the body.

With each inhale, you create space.
With each exhale, you soften what you no longer need to hold.

The experience is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It is about remembering what is already there beneath the layers of protection, and allowing the nervous system to return to a more regulated, connected state.

  • This experience is open to both first-time and experienced breathers, provided there are no contraindications listed below.

Breath Medicine may be supportive for you if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and are looking for a grounded way to return to yourself.

It may resonate if you are navigating emotional weight, life transitions, or patterns that feel stuck, and you sense that talking or thinking alone is not enough.

It may also be for you if you are on a path of self-inquiry or spiritual exploration and are seeking an embodied, nervous system-aware approach rather than something performative or forceful.

Many people are drawn to this work not because they know exactly why, but because something in them recognises the invitation. If these words land gently rather than urgently, that is often enough.

For your safety and wellbeing, please review our contraindications and terms before booking.

  • Spirasana was created from lived experience, not theory. The work is shaped by real healing, real breakdowns, and real integration over time.

We are not here to offer quick fixes, peak experiences, or performative healing. Everything we facilitate is guided with care, humility, and respect for the body’s timing and intelligence.

Our approach blends breathwork, somatic awareness, nervous system understanding, and ceremonial practice into a container that prioritises safety, consent, and presence. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. You are met where you are.

What we hold is not about becoming someone new. It is about creating the conditions for you to reconnect with what is already within you, beneath survival patterns and protective layers.

If you are seeking a space that is grounded, intentional, and deeply respectful of the human experience, we would be honoured to hold that space with you.
