Your session begins with a warm welcome and a cup of blue lotus tea. You and Usamah sit together briefly, checking in on where you are and what you're carrying before the session begins.

You then lie down fully clothed, close your eyes, and surrender. Usamah works with precise points along the spine and energetic field, using light touch — and sometimes no touch at all. Throughout the session, sound healing is woven in — the resonant vibrations of the didgeridoo and the harmonic tones of crystal bowls — supporting your nervous system to open and integrate more deeply.

Your body responds in its own way. Some people experience waves of movement, spontaneous breath changes, sounds, emotions rising and releasing. Others experience deep stillness. Every session is entirely unique, led entirely by what your body needs in that moment.

There is nothing you need to do. There is nowhere you need to go. The body already knows the way.

Does everybody 'move' during a session?

Each person’s response to the treatment is very unique. Some people move a little, others move a lot during their first session. Some people take months or years; other’s never ‘move’ at all.

Is one session enough?

We recommend committing to at least 3 sessions, to begin with.
