A transformative journey to deep healing, reconnection, and remembrance.
September 18th - 21st
The Wellness Farm, Broke NSW
(Just 2 hours drive from Sydney)
Limited to only 16 people for an intimate experience.
An Invitation to Remember Who You Truly Are
This is more than a retreat.
It’s a remembrance. A reconnection. A returning.
To your breath.
To your body.
To the truth that’s always lived within you.
This is not a place to perform or pretend. It’s a space to soften. To unravel. To reclaim.
Over four immersive days, you’ll be guided through a journey of deep embodiment, ceremony, and stillness. A space where your nervous system can settle, your heart can speak, and your spirit can rise.
We do not gather for a moment of escape.
We gather to remember what has always been within.
May your time here reignite your body, mind, and soul—so you return to your life, your family, and your path with a full cup, and a renewed spirit of clarity, love, and vision.
Together, we rise.
Together, we heal.
Together, we remember.

Meet Your Retreat Team
Usamah Aissou
Spirasana
Usamah’s journey was forged in the fires of trauma, a month-long coma, and ten months in a wheelchair—years of relentless pain that shattered identity yet opened a doorway to breath and presence. Combining psychology, somatic therapy, and ceremonial breathwork, he transmuted suffering into embodied wisdom and birthed the Spirasana method. As retreat leader he holds a fiercely compassionate field, guiding you to breathe beyond survival, lay down old stories, and remember the unbreakable wholeness already alive within.
Tui Sheed
Love & Light Wellness Co
InGrief Australia
Of Kāi Tahu Māori descent, Tui walks with the wisdom of both land and loss. Her journey into breath and ritual was catalysed by immense grief — the kind that cracks you open and calls you home. A certified breathwork practitioner, sound healer, and grief-space facilitator, Tui offers a gentle, grounded field for those moving through transition, sorrow, or spiritual reawakening. Her medicine is one of stillness, story, and soul.
Trent Broadhurst
Revival Remedy
Trent carries the lineage of strength transformed through vulnerability. A proud Indigenous Australian and former professional boxer of 23 years, his journey moved from physical fight to inner freedom. When the gloves came off, he turned inward — meeting the rage, shame, and silence that lived beneath the surface. Through breath, culture, and reconnection to Country, Trent found peace — and now walks with others as they do the same. His work invites you to move with courage, feel with honesty, and return to wholeness.
