REGULATE Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Spirasana.

By booking a REGULATE class, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Places in REGULATE are limited and your booking reserves a space specifically for you.

All REGULATE bookings are non-refundable, except where a class is cancelled by Spirasana.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

We understand that plans can change.

If you are unable to attend your booked class, you may transfer your booking to another available REGULATE class provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled class start time.

Each booking may be transferred once only.

Once a booking has been transferred to another date, no further changes can be made. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, the booking will be forfeited.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations or requests to change your booking within 24 hours of the class start time are considered late cancellations.

Late cancellations and non-attendance will result in the booking being forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, credit or transfer.

As places are limited, this policy allows us to manage the class fairly and offer available spaces to others.

TRANSFERRING YOUR PLACE TO ANOTHER PERSON

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another person.

Please contact Spirasana before the class with the name of the person attending in your place.

The new participant must complete any required waiver or health information before participating.

ARRIVAL & LATE ENTRY

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time to check in, get comfortable and settle into the space.

Doors will close once the class begins to ensure the experience remains uninterrupted.

Late entry cannot be accommodated. If you arrive after the doors have closed, your booking will be treated as a missed class and will not be eligible for a refund, credit or transfer.

HEALTH & PARTICIPATION

REGULATE includes gentle breath practices, meditation and immersive sound. It does not include Conscious Connected Breathwork or Spinal Energetics.

You are responsible for informing Spirasana of any injury, health condition or change in your health that may affect your ability to participate.

If you are pregnant, have a significant medical condition, have recently undergone surgery or are unsure whether the practices are appropriate for you, please seek appropriate professional advice and contact us before booking.

You are encouraged to listen to your body throughout the class and may pause, modify or discontinue any practice at any time.

REGULATE is not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional healthcare.

CLASS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY SPIRASANA

From time to time, Spirasana may need to change a class time, facilitator or other class details.

If a REGULATE class is cancelled by Spirasana, you will have the option to:

• Transfer your booking to another available REGULATE class; or
• Receive a refund for the cancelled class.

Spirasana is not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a class cancellation or schedule change.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please take responsibility for your personal belongings while attending the studio.

Spirasana is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

RESPECTFUL PARTICIPATION

REGULATE is intended to be a respectful and supportive environment for everyone attending.

Spirasana reserves the right to refuse participation or ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or significantly impacts the experience or wellbeing of others.

Where a participant is asked to leave due to their behaviour, a refund or credit will not be provided.
